1. What products do you offer?

We offer a variety of premium Coffee ☕, Green Tea 🍃, and Black Tea 🌱 products to cater to all your beverage needs.

2. Where are your coffee and tea sourced from?

🌱 All our coffee and tea are proudly sourced from India's finest estates. Our coffee comes from regions like Karnataka and Kerala, while our black and green teas hail from Assam, Darjeeling, and Nilgiri.

3. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our online store. Simply select the products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

4. How should I store my coffee and tea?

To keep your products Fresh: Coffee: Store in an airtight container, away from light and moisture 🌤️. No need to refrigerate! Tea: Keep your tea in a cool, dry place 🍶, sealed to preserve flavor.

5. How do I brew the perfect cup?

Coffee: 2 gms of PãscõVita Coffee ☕, 150 ml - 200 ml Boiled/Chilled Water 💧 or Milk 🥛 of your choice, and add sugar 🍬 as per your taste.

Black Tea: Place tea bag 🍵 in a teacup, pour boiling water 💦, brew for 2 minutes ⏲️, then remove the tea bag.

Green Tea: Place tea bag 🍵 in a teacup, pour boiling water 💦, brew for 2 minutes ⏲️, then remove the tea bag.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards 💳, UPI, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

8. What is your return policy?

If you wish to return any product, a request must be sent within 24 hours after the order has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return parcel should be delivered to us within 7 days from delivery. The shipping charge for returns will be borne by the customer.

9. How do I return a product?

To initiate a return, please email us at support@pascovita.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Note that orders placed during sales or special offers cannot be cancelled. If you want to cancel your order, write to us at support@pascovita.com.

11. What should I do if I receive a broken or damaged product?

If you receive a broken or damaged product, please email support@pascovita.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We will assist you with the next steps.

13. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within India 🇮🇳. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the near future.
