Broken or Damaged Products
If you receive a broken or damaged product, it is mandatory to share an unboxing or unpacking video at 📧 support@pascovita.com within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Returns & Refund
If you wish to return any product, a request must be sent within 24 hours after the order has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
- The return parcel should be delivered to us within 7 days from delivery.
- The shipping charge for returns will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 days.
In case of any returns, refunds, or cancellations, shipping charges will not be refunded. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
